Hurf, I need to catch up with Demon Knights. Shinning Knight is still my favorite of the group. I hope Ystin shows up in the modern timeline at some point in the DCnU like Etrigan has.
I was about to post this exact same scene. This whole book is quality and everyone should read it. The “personal torment” scenes with the other characters are just as interesting and insightful.
I just love Sir Ystin’s character so much. Every time someone questions him on his gender or sex, his reaction is basically the same:
“Who the f—- cares when there are demons to slay and evils to set right! Onward! Huzzah!”
Ystin, you are my favorite.
